Many times we fall too easily into the trap of believing that to change any aspect of our life we need to make a superhuman effort. However, lasting changes occur gradually, step by step. Here are nine simple ways that can help you transform your life completely.
Quiet your mind: take a few minutes out of each day to bring yourself back to a calmer place within yourself. Slow down your thoughts, let go of whatever is weighing you down. Just breathe. Keep doing it during the next 21 days. Calming your mind will become your habit.
Be positive: Have you ever tried to think thousand things at once? It´s impossible! What will benefit you more: a positive thought or negative one? Choose the one you prefer and then act accordingly. Remember that “every action is the offspring of a thought”.
Respect yourself: If you do not allow others to treat you badly, why do you call yourself names, make derogatory statements about yourself or put yourself down in any way? The little voice in your head is “like a drop of water that can make a hole in a hard stone”. Then talk to yourself softly, kindly. Repeat how powerful and important you are… Your self-worth will improve rapidly and your positive attitude will lead to happiness and success and will change your whole life. Avoid negative attitude and surround yourself with positive people: it has been demonstrated that you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with: you will resemble them in your income, in the way you dress, in the way you speak, in your thinking… Perhaps it is a good time to recycle your friends… Search people that will contribute to your life, people you can learn from, positive and smiling people… Share your joy with them!

Act like you´re the happiest man in the world. Think of yourself and others, cultivate altruism, good thoughts, smile, and act like you’re the happiest man in the world. And let go of all complaints…
A goal for your life: Do you know what you really want? Or maybe you are someone who gets caught up in everyday´s hustle? When was the last time you sat down to write your thoughts and intentions down…? NOW is the time. Make a list of your goals you want to achieve before the end of the year, put a deadline next to each one and make a follow up. Divide each goal into small goals, make an action plan and go for it! Remember that the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
