10 Positive Declarations You Should Whisper to Yourself Each Morning
Let´s do something totally different today, shall we? Let´s create our day! It´s really simple!
I´m sure you´ve heard at least a thousand times this statement: “Your Inner World Creates Your Outer World”. So let´s start by changing your thoughts. It might take you some time, because some of your thoughts might become habits, but you will eventually make it! Be patient.
Here are some declarations to inspire, motivate and remind you that you aren´t confined by boundaries your mind imposes on you. As Tony Robbins said: “You’re big enough to create anything you want in your life”.
Ten Positive Declarations to Whisper to Yourself:
1. “I LOVE my life.”
Do this one thing in the morning and your life will change dramatically: before you get up, before you even put your slippers on, say to yourself: “I LOVE MY LIFE!”. Life is a gift. So cherish each and every minute, each and every second… Today is a good day to be you!
2. “My thoughts create my reality.”
Start your day smiling while taking the shower. Imagine your day, hour by hour. Who will you meet? What incredible experience will you have? Your thoughts creates emotions; emotions lead to actions; actions brings results. Create abundance in your mind, believe you are blessed, and that will manifest in your life.
3. “I´m grateful.”
When you appreciate what you have, what you have appreciates in value. So, while still in the shower, list at least 20 things you are grateful for. That will bring you a deeper sense of happiness.
4. “I choose to be happy.”
Happiness is a choice. Remember that a great attitude always leads to great experiences. Decide to be happy. It’s good for your health.
You will never know whose day you will make better.
6. “I am worthy.”
Love yourself, trust your choices, because you are worthy of love. Worthy of peace. Worthy of happiness. Worthy of pleasure.
7. “The opinions of others don’t really matter.”
Never allow yourself to be pulled into believing someone else´s opinion of you. They are simply expressing in words to you a reflection of who they are. Instead of listening to what others say about you, rely on your inner wisdom. Listen to your heart; it’ll guide you.
8. “I´m kind.”
Each act of kindness you perform releases serotonin in your brain. (Serotonin is a hormone that contributes to feelings of well-being and happiness). Help a stranger; give gifts in form of hugs and compliments.
9. “I live in this moment.”
Savor the moments that fill your life because each moment is unique; there are no empty moments. Stay mindful, stay present, stay centered. And when your thoughts start drifting away, remember that the past and the future are elaborate illusions. That the only time is now.
10. “Breathe deeply.”
Be conscious of every breath you take. Relish each breath feeling your lungs up with air, and then exhaling.
Write down these ten positive declarations (you can add a few of your own) and stick it to your bathroom mirror. Recite these beautiful notions throughout the day. Breathe them. Sing them out loud.
