How to Release Emotions: Fear

Many times, people asks themselves how to release negative emotions like aggressiveness and hostility. In this video, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet shares his thoughts on non-violence.
Non-violence is powerful. It´s strength lies in freedom. Instead, violence may seem to bring short term results, because in using violence one seems to have more control and to anticipate the results, etc.  However, violence has two possible results: either submission, or rebellion. It´s “strength” lies in fear which brings negative consequences on a long term basis.

Sedona Method: how to overcome fear

Non-violence implies to learn how to release emotions like fear. The most effective way is to clean and release fear inside ourselves.

Fear is the third, thick layer of negative emotions after apathy and grief. The Sedona Method teaches you how to release emotions like fear.

How to release emotions: anger

The feelings of violence can also be linked to anger (the connection is clearer tan with fear). Anger is the fifth thickest layer of emotions. The Sedona Method also tells us how to release emotions like anger using the same simple tool.
