The Sedona Method Review
There are very few books that surprised me positively while reading. The Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin is an easy to read book that offers a brand new approach to our emotions.
Our thoughts and our emotions often can create discomfort and even make us feel bad or depressed. This book teaches how to make positive changes in your life with this simple process of releasing the underlying emotions that rob you of abundance and joy: your fear and anxiety will disappear.
It surprised me that it is so simple and it can be done at anytime, anywhere. But most surprising was how quickly I got the results: a deep and gentle change at a rapid pace.
I have known many techniques and methods to overcome problems, remove constraints or develop skills. The Sedona Method, no doubt, is one of my favorites. It´s a powerful tool for inner balance and emotional freedom that can quickly shift your state of consciousness from stress and resistance to relaxation and allowance. I highly recommend it.
